error occured after login Adobe Sign mobile apps (ios & android)

I instsalled Adobe Sign mobile apps in iPhone (iPhone XR, ios version 14.3). After input Adobe Sign login ID and password, it pops up "An error occurred", "Try again" message. It does not direct me to the home page (such as pending, approved). I tried many times, still failed. IMG_1175.PNG
