Error When Adding New User - Adobe Sign

We have a group account and about 14 users. Of those we are unable to setup an account for 3 of them. We are receiving the following error, and can't get Adobe to provide any assistance whatsoever.

Assume you added the user in the admin console.  Did the person JOIN the organization from the welcome email?  The person needs to accept before you can add to group.

We are unable to add them to the admin console because their email is not accepted by Adobe Sign. We assume it's because the same email address is being used in Adobe Pro.

Try this:  Got to Users - Directory users - Directory Name and delete the users. Then go ahead and add them again.  The users should get 2 emails from Adobe.  They should accept the invite in the second email and try again.
