Error when trying to fax signed document in Acrobat DC

Now, since Acrobat updated to the DC version it will no longer send faxes. "Phone numbers are allowed only for fax signature agreements." Acrobat XI and Echosign worked like a charm. I get the same fax error on the document cloud website. What's changed and how do I fax signed documents now?
