Error when uploading a document when creating a template?

I have two forms that are giving me trouble when trying to create a template and I cannot figure out what is going on...  I get a generic error when trying to upload "and upload error has occurred"... but not sure why...

I simply opened the document in different browser (edge) it worked fine

I had the same thing happen to me when I first tried to upload a PDF.  I first tried using FireFox, but it was only after I switched to Microsoft Edge that it was able to upload successfully.

Just try clearing your browsing data, cookies and cache, on time frame selecto All the time. I just called Adobe support and we manage to solve the problem this way.

    Unfortunately, the only way I was able to get them to upload was to re-create... Noone answered my concerns. 😞

    What do you mean "recreate"?  I am having the same issue and cannot get a basic adobe document to upload in order to use as a template.
