Hi Luis.olarte,

Sorry for the delay in response.

By changing the email address, I did not mean that you have changed the account.

It is just the change in an email address for the account that you use to sign in.

It seems that the issue is already resolved.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.

Regards,

Meenakshi

I have been having this same issue. My IS dept says it's something ADOBE changed on thier end. Basically they told me "can't help" you 😞 Doc loads to 60% then to 70% then nothing...just sits there forever.

They say log into Adobe and go that route. It's a pain. It's like taking a road through a pothole-riddled unlit tunnel underwater filled with angry alligators. I want the functionality BACK!

Hi Luis.olarte,

Did you make any recent changes to the Adobe Sign account?

It seems that you have changed the email address for the account. Is that right?

Please confirm.

We will be waiting for your response.

Meenakshi
