When i try to send any pdf document to sign, the process start and it stops in 60% with the message:
Notification Forbidden the operation could not be completed please try again later.
I read some posts and it refers to a network restrictions. I tried in several networks including my home when and don't have any restrictions and it says the same.
Help please!

Sorry for the delay in response.
By changing the email address, I did not mean that you have changed the account.
It is just the change in an email address for the account that you use to sign in.
It seems that the issue is already resolved.

I have been having this same issue. My IS dept says it's something ADOBE changed on thier end. Basically they told me "can't help" you 😞 Doc loads to 60% then to 70% then nothing...just sits there forever.
They say log into Adobe and go that route. It's a pain. It's like taking a road through a pothole-riddled unlit tunnel underwater filled with angry alligators. I want the functionality BACK!
