eSign Manager offline?

FAQ | Adobe Document Cloud eSign services

I've been reading through here and see that the esign manager app for iOS does allow offline signing, my client i'm looking at this solution for needs this as a requirement as a lot of the work they do is in areas of poor/no signal. I can see from the FAQ it does do this, however we're well into our trial of EchoSign (or its new name) and when i try to use the app on iOS to do the signing, it always requests that a network connection is active.

Can anyone assist?

Hey glennk13169996,

The FAQ specifies that although you can sign offline, you will need an internet access again so that the signed document synchronizes automatically when the network is back.

Its a mobile app, so I would suggest you to have an Internet access to enjoy an interrupted service.

I think the marketing faq is misleading, you cannot get a signature offline even if the document is stored on your mobile device not the cloud. That's been my experience. I hope you can point me in the right direction if there is a way to do it.

Hi,

Has there been an update on this recently?

I too struggle with finding the correct way to sign documents offline using the Adobe Sign app (on both Android and iOS).

How exactly do you do this?

Kind regards
