Fail to use Request Signature

Hi team,

 

Found out that I don't have the function Request Signature today. Checked that I'm one of the admins. 

 

Can you help on this?

Please confirm if you can now send the document for signature or still the option does not appear.

If the issue still occurs, try using the new incognito window on the Chrome browser.

We have the same problem here. Worse time for this to happen as we are on a sesonal hiring peak! I've got employment contracts starting to pile up (4 just yesterday, more to come today), and the service is unavailable since yesterday. SOMEONE from Adobe say something?

I am having the same issue. On the web version, the Request e-signature button is totally gone. On web it fails to open the document for the e-signature request process. I was logged in correctly and it worked just fine a week ago. I tried different browsers, incognito mode, everything. The function is gone.
