Firma elettronica PAdES o CAdES

Buongiorno,

Ho Adobe Acrobat Sign e mi sono sempre trovato bene. 

Nella compilazione di un documento amministrativo mi viene richiesta Firma Elettronica di tipo a PAdES o CAdES. Posso ottenerla con Sign? E come?
