First email address always gets an "invalid address" error

I paid for the esign sending service but it doesn't work.  The first address always shows up as invalid, even if there is only one address.  I switched the order of addresses ad it always gives me the same error message.  I wasted several hours and want to cancel if I can't get help soon.  I'm having a hard time locating a help number and the chat hasn't answered.

Hello Eileenn83935806,

How exactly are you sending the document? Is it by logging into your E-Sign account at:

secure.echosign.com/public/login

or do you open the PDF and click Send for Signature?

Also, in the meantime, can you try clearing cache and cookies if logging through browser?

Frankly I'm disappointed in how long it took to get help.  The Adobe website kept taking me to the forums and indicated that the chat support wasn't an option.  I tried it anyway by not specifying the problem so it would put me in the queue.  It took over an over before anyone answered and then I got cut off imediately.  It has taken hours to get any response in the forums and I missed today's work deadline.  I would like to get my money back as I wasted hours when I could have just tried to send email attachments, which I ended up doing anyway because I couldn't get any help.
