Free account: 2 signature requests every 30 days

Hi,

I have a free account and tried using Request Signature feature, works great. I signed up for a 7-day free trial to see more, then cancelled, since this is the only feature that I need now. I am now back to free account, but I cannot request signatures anymore, even though more than 30 days have passed. Previously it said 2 signature requests every 30 days for free. Did I misunderstand something?
