Hate Updated Adobe Sign April 2025

I agree completely. I used to use it to make my Christmas cards. I don't want Christmas banners, or whatever else it offers. It is not at all user friendly or have the options I want. They should have created a separate app for what it now offers and left the original alone. No way I would pay for this app!

Ha-ha, I started using Adobe Acrobat Sign in July 2024, and I hate the Classic view. The new view allows me to set up the Fields layer so much faster — it's just unbelievable!

Now, for the last two days, my desktop client on macOS defaults to the Classic view, and it ruins my workflow. Sending a document for 3 signatures without templates was 7 mins before — now with classic view it's 25 mins.

Luckily, the web version works in the new mode, so I just installed the PWA app and will use it until the desktop client gets back to normal.

Users are slaves to their habit. It doesn't matter which UI or workflow is actually better — for all of us the best = the one we're used to 🤷🏻‍♂

This new version is unusable. I can't figure out how to do anything I did a year ago.

Same here! It now takes 30 minutes to do what I was doing in 5 with the classic version.  This version does NOT integrate with our forms and the way they need to be signed.  This "upgrade" is a MAJOR downgrade.  I'm thinking it might be time to find a new signing platform if this doesn't change.  Too much time wasted with this one.
