Hate Updated Adobe Sign April 2025

I've been utilizing Adobe Sign for about 4 years now. I absolutely HATE the updated version of it. The streamlining it had before was perfect! The new version adds steps and the process setup aesthetics is not user friendly as it was before. Please change Adobe Sign back to Classic and fire whoever thought of changing this!

Same here! It now takes 30 minutes to do what I was doing in 5 with the classic version. This version does NOT integrate with our forms and the way they need to be signed. This "upgrade" is a MAJOR downgrade. I'm thinking it might be time to find a new signing platform if this doesn't change. Too much time wasted with this one.

You may switch to the classic version if you wish. Please make sure that the following option is enabled in the Admin account. If you are not the admin, please contact the admin to make the changes.

Allow users to switch between the new Home experience and the classic Home experience.

This upgrade is HORRIFIC. Just horrific. I can no longer manually place signatures without the system also wanting to "auto place" sigantures at the end of the document. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn this off. I can no longer get the many (many) documents I process through the signing process because people are refusing to sign in the areas outside of where I placed their signature request because they do not have signing authority over that area. It is bizarre and a diservice to end users. One of the worst upgrades I have ever experienced. EVER.
