Hello users, I have a problem with customers who wants to sign the send document on a iPad.

The problem is that they cannot sign the forms from an iPad or iPhone.

Does anybody knows how to fix this? or is it a problem in Adobe Sign?

Are they using the Adobe Sign mobile app for iOS or Safari? Do they have a subscription to Acrobat DC or Adobe Sign?

No, I send a document by mail for signing and they trying to sign butt there is no complete button (put signature)
It doesn't pop up

Why not? Are they getting an error message? If so what is it exactly? Are the using the Fill and Sign app? If so we have a forum for that app.
