I am unable to send for signature. The document loads and I am able to enter the email addresses as needed for signature.

Then I hit the next button and receive a message "Unable to Send".

I have already tried the following:

1. Logged out then back in

2. Checked for updates

2. Another user logged in and the same thing occurs.

What error is occurring?

    We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

    "Unable to Send" issue arises when the Adobe ID is being changed but the E-Sign account is not automatically updated if there is already an E-Sign account with the new email address.

    Have you recently changed the email address to a different email recently? You may share the email in inbox or contact to the support email shared via PM(Private message).
