Image deleted as it had emails in there
image was showing a from address with name 1 <echosign@echosign.com>
the reply All field had name 2 <with the senders email address>
<I deleted the image as it had person's email addresses in there>
You can't change the from address, this will always be echosign@echosign.com. We can't impersonate the actual sender.
The persons name is different but this is done at the receiving end. Most likely the recipient has a contact in their address book for echosign@echosign.com with name 1 listed.
Support will sent you the email header for the email received by the recipient which shows the persons name is for both name 2. (Ro)

When I use echosign it says it is from Advance Publications (echosign@echosign.com<mailto:echosign@echosign.com>)
How does the name get in there at the beginning? I have no contact in my address book that is echosign@echosign.com

So to be clear we do expect name 2 to be there. (Ro in this case)
The expected name will come from the sending users personal preference, first and last name.
In the specific case i suspect the unexpected name1 came from the recipients address book.

Nope – I have checked and it is not in their personal email address book (contacts). Next suggestion please?
Like I said – when I send an agreement to be signed it says from “Advance Publications (echosign@echosign.com<mailto:echosign@echosign.com>)”
The reply-to is correct in both examples

for that it would be best to look at a specific agreement, though the forum is not the best place to share these agreement details. I believe support will be ringing you later, they can have a look at the agreement and email headers.

Support sucks which is why I was reaching out to the forums for someone else that might have already asked this question

If not from the address book it may come from outlooks cache.
