Hello! I am new to Adobe Sign - I need some help in getting the routing of signatories to be "Parallel" and NOT "sequential"? The Adobe training video provides two methods - but neither of them works!! Agh! Please help!

Hello,
Without knowing what Adobe Sign plan you have, you can control the routing from the Send page. Under "Recipients" you should see a slider button: Complete in Order = Sequential, Complete in any Order = Parralel.
If you don't see these options, your Account Admin should check the below setting which governs this and whether or not senders have the option to toggle between them.
