how can I know when a Fax is been received by the number I sent it?

I tryed to send a fax with the eSign services but I'm not sure it worked.

Hello Desiree,

By default, the document is sent to the fax number and it depends at the recipient's end if he received it or not. Best would be to get in touch with him in order to have the confirmation.
