We have to prefil several our templates before we send them for signature. In doing so, we realize there is an error and need to modify the agreement or template. We have accumulated a few documents in "Waiting for You." There does not seem to be an option to cancel or delete these agreements. See the attached screen shot. How do you cancel or delete these agreements?
Thank you in advance.
Hi JCGLF,
Thank you for raising this point.
To cancel the agreement, simply select 'Hide' on the right-hand menu. This will automatically cancel the agreement.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards,

Hello,
Is there a way to actually delete them, as opposed to "hide" them? I don't ever want to see these agreements again (they have mistakes and should never be sent) and I don't want to risk them accidentally sent in the future. Also it just mentally drives me crazy that I can't declutter.
I've looked into the route of using the search feature under privacy settings but these documents do not display in the results.
Why is this so difficult? I could understand making it difficult to delete signed agreements but one's that havent even left the system yet?
Thanks
Joe

Completely agree with the above. It is just amazing how they will not help but want our monies to do poor workmanship on a product that doesn't work. FIX IT

I've been trying to get an answer on this question for ages. Rather than try and answer it themselves Adobe direct me to the Forum so we can try and figure it out for ourselves! I have 3 documents which are "waiting for me" which I have hidden, but they still show as 3 documents "waiting for me". How can I delete them for good? It's frustrating!

Yes, to delete a form open it from your main view. Hover over the document you want to delete, you should see 3 options. Choose "open." On the next page to the right hand side there should be several options. Cancel. This is how I do it.
In Adobe support, look up manage, track, and change agreements.

Hello,
If you hide an agreement from the manage page using the option mentioned by marjana51441123 the agreement should get hidden immediately from the manage page and the only way to see any such hidden agreements is if you check the 'Display Hidden Content' check box on the manage page:
Please let me know if this isnt working for you as mentioned above, I can work with you to raise any bugs if you are seeing any.
Regarding the requests to permanently delete an agreement, account Admins who are also Privacy Admins can do that (for security reasons, this capability is only granted to Admins of the Account). Please read the following help document to understand how to permanently delete agreements from Adobe Sign: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/to-delete-a-document-from-manage-Page.html
Thanks

Hi, I received a scam email request scam. Clearly this person got a hold of my email and realised I am Adobe user, and sent a fake HSBC account signature request. From there to click to view the document in order to decline, it request a phone verification. Clever, the scammer now getting my phone number and signature at the same time. THE HIDE IS A USELESS WAY! Why won't you listen to customer, its been requested since 2019. I just want to delete this scam document away. But no - Adobe thinks hide them is better. I just want to DELETE them. Do you know that your system is compromising the safety of your users?

Given we are the ones creating and managing the agreements, I'm curious to know, what specific security concerns does Adobe have by providing us with the ability to delete what we are creating and managing?

I can't tell you how disappointed I am to come to the forums and find 5-year old posts with the same issue I am having - with no clear resolution. What in the heck.
This seems simple enough to implement, and given some of the scam anecdotes in this very thread, I would suggest that it's us who are having our security compromised rather than the draft agreements that haven't ever been sent to anyone and therefore have no legally binding status.
Please give us the option to just delete the things we create. I can't think of another platform or developer that does not let you do this. Imagine Photoshop not letting you trash something you started but changed course on.
I don't have a solution or any other question - just wanted to bump this to let the devs know that, yes, we would still like this as an option, preferrably before 2029. Please fix.

Hi WaffleToast,
Thank you for reaching out.
We have checked that you are using the Adobe Sign Enterprise plan. In this plan, the Administrators have two options to delete an agreement from the Adobe Sign system. Please refer to the information on the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3TYsigF.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

The fact Adobe developers haven't implemented such a basic feature is proof that adobe is :pile_of_poo:
I will be looking for alternatives here on out.
