I'd like to prepare a fillable form that will be available from our web or intranet. It needs to be signed once compleated, but I don't know who will be filling it out. it could potentially be thousands of people. Ideally the workflow would be.
1. download PDF from us
2. fill out PDF
3. e-Sign PDF
4. send it back to us
is this even possible with Adobe Sign?
Definitely. You can use a web form to do this. Details at: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/web-forms.html#Create

Thanks for trying to help... I've gone through that link but it doesn't really help or answer my question.
1. I don't have the "Web Form" options available to me. We are using the Adobe Acrobat Standard (Teams) license. Perhaps its not included with that license.
2. If I was able to deliver this as a web form, I would have gone with that option right from the beginning.
I'm looking for a "insertnamenere.pdf" that I can put on the web, a floppy disk, send in an email, print out, etc...
I don't expect any further help from "adobe" but for anyone else in the future with this same question...

I agree, that link and how to would work perfectly if "publish a web form" button existed, but it doesn't and there is no way to make a signable form available for download on the web any longer. It all seems to require send by e-mail instead of having immediate access through a link on a site to sign and submit.
Can anyone tell us where "web forms" went. How do you puiblish a signable form on the web if the button "puiblish a web form" no longer exists?
This link is NOT CORRECT OR HELPFUL anymore...

Hi,
I have the same issue but with a small business license. I don't find the option to create a web form. So this isn't helping. Where seems to be the problem?
Best regards
