How do I copy someone on the fully executed document only.

Does anyone know how to copy someone only on the final, complete document? I want our administrative person to get the final document for filing, but she shouldn't get an email for every intermediate signature.

For the above mentioned scenario, you can use External Archive feature in order to send an extra signed copy to the email address mentioned in email field. Here is the link for reference:
