As the Account Administrator for our Echosign account, I cannot see any of the documents signed that my users sent on behalf of our company
Hi gillian,
Please Sign In to your Echosign account, then click on the question mark (?) symbol on the top right corner.
Then click on the 'Get Started' button on the bottom right under 'Contact Support' to reach support.
