How do I have multiple signers for a Bulk Send?

Hi all!

I'm looking to bulk send a document for our staff to sign but I also need their manager to countersign the same document.  Is it possible to specify multiple signers on a document using the bulk upload feature?  I know this is possible in DocuSign, so there must be a way to do this in Adobe Sign.

Hi John,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response.

Acrobat Sign does have a feature to send the document in bulk. As you wish to add the manager to countersign the document, it is not possible with the Bulk Send feature.

You may try the Web form feature. In Web form, you may add the number of participants in the list, and each staff person can then add their manager as the next participant for signature. For more information, please refer to the following help documents: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/web-forms.html.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Where do I find the Send In Bulk option? I'm sending to 50+ people and need each to sign and return their own document, not all sign the same document. I keep seeing Help and the Community reference using "Send In Bulk" but I can't find it in my home page.
