How Do I increase my page limit for Business Plan?

Hi everyone, my workplace currently have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and we are only able to upload 100pages for signing. Does anyone know how this can be adjusted within the plan? I tried speaking to the chat service however they did not know how to do this.

I also read the previous questions relating to this and noted that there was an email address to contact which I did howver I received an automated reply stating that email support is no longer available.
