1) I am in need of a web form, to insert image and text by the visitors of the public facing web site on a browser. I would like to design about four different but similar forms.

I found the following matter on your website:-

Associate AEM with EchoSign account Perform the following steps to add the API key to AEM Cloud Services and connect AEM forms with EchoSign servers: Log in to your AEM instance as an administrator. Go to Cloud Services > Adobe EchoSign. Click Configure now. In the Create Configuration dialog box, specify Name and Title. Click Create. In the API Key field, specify the API key procured earlier. Enable the Sign attachments check-box. Click Connect to EchoSign and click OK. Your EchoSign service is configured successfully. Now, you can use the service in your forms.
I already have a free-trial adobe account,

But how do I Log in to AEM instance as an administrator?
Kindly guide me.

Regards

DS

AEm is the Adobe Experience Manager which is a separate product you need to have as well. Echosign functionality is included with version 6 of AEM.

However it's not needed to create forms just echosign will suffice as it has it's own form editor.

If you do not need the form signing look also into Form Central.
