How do I move Custom stamps to a new install?

As I understand, you are referring to move the custom stamps from one machine to another.

If that is the case, then open your machine where custom stamps are saved.

Assuming you are using Reader DC application, open the following folder C:\Users\<YOUR USER NAME>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Reader\DC\Stamps.

In the Stamps folder, you will find PDF files of all the custom stamps.

Copy these PDF files on a new machine at the same location.
