How do I prevent the document history page?

When I send out a PDF for signatures, Adobe Sign adds an "Adobe Sign Document History" page to the end of my PDF. This is unsightly for technical reports and similar documents, but removing that page in Acrobat invalidates the esignatures. Is there a way to prevent this page from getting added in the first place?

Hello Evon,

We do have a feature in business level accounts to not attach the Audit report at end of signed document but is not available in Individual accounts.

I am also having this same issue. I have 2 extra pages appended to my final document: one is doc history, another is doc signature.

I'm just doing some trials with the digital signatures using Acrobat Pro DC and Adobe Sign.  I can't seem to figure out how to stop the audit sheet from being added to my files.  Has adobe or anyone figured out a way to correct this??  If I can't get this resolved I will need to explore other options for digital signatures.  Please advise.

This does not happen when I use Adobe Sign. Can you create a test file that shows this behavior?

I did a little more digging, and apparently this is only an issue for the copy that gets emailed to me after everyone has signed. The copy stored on the cloud does not exhibit this behavior.

The email looks something like this:

And the last page appended to the end of the PDF looks something like this:

Hello Evon,

Rijul,

Thanks for the follow up.

The business account is 3 times as expensive as the individual account. It does not make sense to me to increase my expenses in such way for just that feature.

Is there an alternative?

Thanks
