Hi Yin-HK-20161027​,

I see that you hold an Adobe Sign Trial account, please be informed there is no transaction limit for an Adobe Sign trial account.

However there is a Transaction limit for 300 document per year for Adobe Sign Individual account i.e 25 documents per month:

If you want to go for the Business plan, then you will have to contact our Sales team on the number mentioned in the below link:

Transaction limit was be setup according to your requirements. Sales team will be able to help you with all the details.

Is there any documents which gives detail by plans and allows documents per year? this will be very helpful for everyone instead of contacting Adobe which is becoming very painful for getting any information.

    We plan to purchase business plan with 3 to 4 users.

    May I know the transaction limit of business plan per year?

    is the transaction limit at user level or shared by all user in same account?
