How to change the default message in Adobe E-Sign

I would like to change the default message which appears when I want to "Review and send" a document for e-signature.

 

The default message now is "Please review and complete {name}"

I'd imagine the {name} would be a variable based on the document name, but it is not. The recipient gets an email that says exactly: "Please review and complete {name}"

How can I change this?

Thank you for taking the time to make that PDF, I appreciate it. Unfortunately it seems that there isn't a way to modify the message.  I'd imagine the {name} should be a variable that adobe will then convert based on the name of the document, but it doesn't so maybe its a bug.

If you have an individual subscription, there is no option to change the default message. However, you may modify the message on the send page. 

Please let us know what you are referring to here: "I'd imagine the {name} should be a variable that Adobe will then convert based on the name of the document, but it doesn't so maybe its a bug". More information would be helpful.
