How to create a widget on Adobe Sign and send it as a link via your own email address rather than through Adobe Sign

Hi There,

We are struggling to figure out how to create a widget on Adobe Sign and send it as a link via your own email address, rather than send the entire thing through Adobe Sign. For example in a booking form

Any help would be appreciated.

I do this all the time. First think you should know: you need Adobe Sign for Business or Enterprise to create a widget. Second, once you create the widget, go to the Manage tab and scroll down to the widget section, and click on "get code" then copy the URL and paste it into the e-mail. I recommend getting a shortened version, as the URL created is quite long. I used tinyurl.com to convert mine so I could e-mail it without it looking ridiculous. Once the recipient receives it and they click on the link, it opens the form in a browser with your account's Adobe Sign logo in the banner header.

Here's some screenshots of where you need to go and what to click on:

Here's what it looks like when someone clicks on the link:

Hope that helps!
