We have lots of documents so the manage tab only brings up the last 30 days. I cannot get the search to find my old templates so i can delete ones no longer used. Any advice on how to get them to come up under manager so i can delete them?

In order to search and remove older documents, we can enable a setting at our end and you would need to open a support ticket so that they can make changes:
