How to Generate Summary Email with Pending AdobeSign Documents and Signature Links

Hi,

I’m currently using AdobeSign to send multiple documents to clients for signatures. I would like to prepare a monthly summary email that includes a list of all pending signature requests, along with direct links for each client to complete their signatures.

 

Is there a way to generate or retrieve these signature links for each pending document? Specifically, how can I copy or access the original AdobeSign email links that were sent to clients?

We are not sure what you mean by "I cannot upload my own PDFs and also have direct links for client signature in my summary email." Are you referring to sending a link in your personalized email and sending it to the customer for a signature?

If yes, you may use the web form feature. You can either upload the form to a website or use the link and send it manually to users to complete the document. For more information on w

You may create the report in Acrobat Sign. However, there is no option to collect the signature file links automatically for the pending document. You may need to collect the manually.

So the only way to have sign link is to recreate the document in web-based version right?
I cannot upload my own PDFs and also have direct links for client sign in my summary email? Am I understand correctly?
