How to remove Adobe Sign annual subscription?
I am an Acrobat Pro DC customer paying a monthly subscription since January 2016. No complaints good software to edit and create .pdf's.
In January 2020 I decided to try Adobe sign for small business. Tried it and didn't need the extra features thought I removed it from annual billing so I would be charged again in 2021.
I have been charged in January 2021 and 2022 (436$) in adition to my monthly subscription (15$) and have opened up the chat to help solve the problem but when I mention I want to cancel the tech transfers me to someone else. I get the feeling that if they have too many cancelation calls they get canned...
If the website and account dashboard worked I wouldn't have to call, now I am out almost 900$. Can I just get somone on the phone who can fix this, jeeze.
