How to remove outline of radio button using Text Tag

Hi Team,
I am generating radio button fieds in the agreement using text tags. It always displays with the outline or border in the document. Please help me to remove that outline using text tags. Thanks in advance!!

Below are the text tags that I have used to create radio buttons,
