How to specify only Signature without a signer e-mail?

I am using API POST/agreements to send an agreement.

Now signer always show Signature and Signer's e-mail address. See the picture.

 

Can I show only Signature?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

It seems that you have added the signature block on the document. While sending the document, use the Signature option instead signature block. Check the screenshot below for reference:

 

For more information on the form field type, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html. 

If the document is already signed, it s not possible to make any changes to it.
