how to unshare document

I have accidentally shared a document with a wrong party and sent.

How do I unshared it?

I'm sorry, but if the document is out for signature, then there is no way to unshare it.

If I were to delete the document, will the recipient be unable to view my document?

Yes they can still view your document. I had to cancel my credit card. Adobe escalated it supposedly but nobody called me.
