When I add to review some persons, I would like to have only one persion's signature in a file.
But though I select one Signer and one Approver in e-Sign, there is error code 400 and I can't proceed next step.
If possible, I want that a Signer don't need to add a signature.
So I am wondering how to use Signer and how to have multiple people review and have one person sign on behalf of the other.

Hi @??_9607 ,
Thanks for reaching out.
Your requirement can be fulfilled by 2 diffferent features of Acrobat Sign i.e., Recipient groups/Recipient roles.
Adobe Acrobat Sign supports 6 different recipient roles like Signer, Approver, Form Filler, etc.
Some of these roles like Approvers, acceptors allow optional signing, where a delegator role will allow the person to make the final judgement on who the correct person to sign should be.
While Signer role is available across all account levels, the other roles are available in small business/business or enterprise account levels. More info on this here.
A Recipient group on the other hand allows you to add multiple members of the team as a single participant. This role is helpful when you need sign-off from a team/department but not from a specific individual in that group. Any member in the group is equally authorized to sign or approve on behalf of the entire group.
Check out this article on Recipient Groups for more info.
Regarding the error that you have attached, I suggest you log a support ticket, and the support team will be able to help you with it.
Regards,
BR
