I am new to echosing on adobe. I have tried to save documents with multiple initial fields, text and signatures. Once saved I recover it to send to a different client but all fields are gone. Do I have to set all fields on every time I use the same document? Thank you!!

Did you try saving a Library template in your E-Sign account? Also, below is the documentation( if not seen) for reference:
