Hello,

As you have registered for Adobe Sign free trial, you can use the service via this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign

Open the link and sign in with the email address you used to register for the free trial of Adobe Sign.

You may also refer to the following help document to get started with this service.

- Adobe Sign Help | Adobe Sign User Guide

Hope that helps.

Let us know if you need any help or have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

The feature is available only with the Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan. Please check the settings mentioned in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4eiYy59. If the settings are not available, it might not be available with your plan.
