I am unable to use adobe sign features after changing adobe ID email address

I changed the email associated with my Adobe account and have since been unable to use or access adobe sign features.

We have checked your Account with the email address used to sign in to the community. You are subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan. 

 

As you have recently charged the Adobe ID, that is the reason you receive the error message. It happens when you use an email address for Adobe ID that was already register for Adobe Sign. That means the email address that you are using for your Adobe account is already used for another Adobe Sign account. So, the email address changes for the Adobe account but not for the linked Adobe Sign account.

 

In this case, you will need to reach out to the support team as they have access to the backend setting and will help you to make he necessary changes. You may contact them using the number provided for your region in the following help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
