I can't get my EchoSign to recognize a Topaz bluetooth wireless signature pad.

I would like to use a Topaz wireless signature pad for customers we have in the office sighing EchoSign documents. Our forms are in NetSuite and use EchoSign; however, the documents aren't recognizing the signature pad as an input device.
