I cannot log in to Adobe Sign

I just purchased Adobe Sign and when trying to loggin to my account I got this message from Adobe.

We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support.

I tried to get phone support by calling 1-800-833-6687 But the phone system says it does not Support Adobe Sign, then I reached out to chat support and they told me to send email to support@ecosign.com  but the email does not work, as it keeps being returned to sender

Any suggestions

I appreciate any help

You posted above support@ecosign.com was that the email address you used or was it support@echosign.com? The former is missing the letter "h" for echosign.
