I sent out documents for signature and the people said they signed but I haven't got any back

1. I sent out docs for signature and signatories advised me they signed but I can't find it anywhere  - not in completed?

2. When I go into adobe sign it shows on the left Progress (21) yet it only reflects 5. How do I access the other 16 in progress?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

We did check your account using the email address used to sign in to this community. You are subscribed to Adobe Sign individual service plan. There is a known issue due to which the documents do not appear under the completed column and the team is working on the fix.

Please try the workaround steps as suggested below:

1. If you are signed in to Document Cloud (https://documentcloud.adobe.com), please sign out and then sign in again.

2. Go to Documents > Adobe Sign > Manage

3. Click on Switch to Classic experience option provided in the top right corner.

Now try to check the completed agreements under the Manage tab.

I think that this is accessed in the "File Menu" toolbar.

 

Click on "Sign" --->>> "Manage All Agreements".

 

In the window that will open look at the right margim. There are two sections of interest:

 

SHARED

  • Shared by you
  • Shared by Others

 

SIGN

  • All Agreements

 

Is this the same area that you're looking into?
