Hi Eddie, sorry about the late reply.

If you are an admin you can edit time zone settings in the Adobe Sign account to correct this. If not, please ask the admin to go to Adobe Sign account Global settings, then "Set a default time zone to use for agreements created by users in this account", select the correct time zone from the drop down menu, tick the box below "Use selected time zone for audit reports (This setting is available at Account, Group and User level. User setting overrides what was set at group level and group setting overrides account level)." this should resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Beileen

To all concerned,

I cannot find any way to correct the incorrect Audit Time Stamp in my own
version of Adobe Sign.

As the sole owner and subscriber to my version of Adobe Sign, the only way
to adjust Time Zone settings I can see is to log onto my account, go to
Account and then Edit Profile where I can select a time zone.

I have already tried ensueing the above is set to Australian Eastern
Standard Time (for Melbourne and Sydney time NOT Brisbane which is one hour
behind).

Now the audit time stamp is 11 hours behind the correct time.

Can someone please help out with this?

Regards,
