Incorrect demands that I upgrade in order to sign - must reboot to fix

Suddenly in the past two weeks, I keep getting told that I need to upgrade in order to use the Signing feature.  I have tried logging into the service.  I succeed and can view old signed documents, open them, etc.  But the system still demands that I upgrade if I try to sign a new doucment, unless I reboot the computer.

This is becoming extremely annoying and it has only been happening for the past few weeks.

I am sorry for the trouble and for the delayed response. Try accessing the Adobe Sign service through the URL https://secure.echosign.com/public/login and check if you are still getting the message to upgrade the services.

If you are not able to login to the URL, try resetting the password and check.

Are you getting this message while accessing the service on a browser or while using the Acrobat or the freeware Adobe Reader application? Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the error you get? To post a screenshot in this discussion, please take help from the article How to share screenshot Link: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

If you are using Acrobat or Adobe Reader to access the Adobe Sign service, then check the version of the application installed. To identify, please refer to Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
