Initialling Multiple Pages

New Here ,
Dec 05, 2018 Dec 05, 2018

My company often receives contracts from other companies requiring electronic signatures. Today, we received a contract that requires our signature - AND - requires us to initial each page, as designated by them. Is there a way to auto-fill all of the initial fields? There are 200 pages and it will take quite a while to go page by page and click on each one. Any information would be appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi Sv,

As you have mentioned that you have received the PDF form, you will not have an option to auto-fill the form fields.

It is something that needs to be done by the PDF creator.

There is nothing that can be done from your end.

If there will be any for fields with the same name on the multiple pages, it will automatically pick the details from the one you have filled in.

Hope that helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Meenakshi
