Installation of Adobe Sign on Premise Server

Hi Team,

I want to know if Adobe Sign can be implemented on premise/in house. That is if we can implement on our servers instead of using as a cloud based service?

If Yes does it support .Net Api.  and can be integrated with .Net Application?

In our requirement we don't wan't to store anything on cloud.

Please let me know if Aobe Sign can comply with our environment.
