Hi Ronald, 

You can create an Adobe Sign Webform using the Adobe Sign Small Business, Business or Enterprise license. I believe you currently hold an Individual Adobe Sign subscription. I have just sent you the relevant quote for an Adobe Sign Small Business subscription with the webform functionality in case you'd like to upgrade.

I have an Adobe Sign business account, and there is no Web Form option in the online interface.  All your documentation and videos are for the OLD interface.  How do I access this option??
