You can create an Adobe Sign Webform using the Adobe Sign Small Business, Business or Enterprise license. I believe you currently hold an Individual Adobe Sign subscription. I have just sent you the relevant quote for an Adobe Sign Small Business subscription with the webform functionality in case you'd like to upgrade.

Could you, please, tell me how many people of my company can use and create documents to sign when I take 1 licence Adobe Signe Small Business ?

I have an Adobe Sign business account, and there is no Web Form option in the online interface.  All your documentation and videos are for the OLD interface.  How do I access this option??
