Is it possible just to send a link to my template via mass email?

I'd like to know this as well. Would like to send out an email to our vendors with a link to our W9 template.

Webforms may be useful. Creating a webform gives you a url which can be shared in an email, or it can be embedded in your site and you shre the link to your site where the webform has been embedded.
