Is there a way to edit signors without canceling process and starting over?

I assume you mean you want to change the person signing an agreement that has been started.

If so, sign into your Adobe Acrobat Sign account:  https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login 

1. Click on the Manage tab (1)
2. Select the agreement (2)
3. Select the recipient you want to change (3)
4. Click Replace Recipient (4)
   
   
   
5. Enter the email address and an optional message then click Replace
