Issue with connecting to Adobe Sign from Sharepoint Online

I have installed Adobe Sign to our SharePoint O365.

Then I have connected in both fields on picture (Establish SP site connection and O365 tenant connection.

In pop up window I can see I am connected but when trying to go to other tabs (Signed Files settings, Template Mapping ...) red error pops up: Connect to Adobe sign....
